RN assessment of needs will be completed by Nurse Nell RN! This involves collaboration with family members, physicians, case managers and other clinicians supporting care needs for the resident! Other considerations involve needs for today, the future and include medical and nonmedical, social, spiritual, extracurricular preferences/activities, pet care etc. In addition, we’ll provide FREE access for resources such as:
- Access to Multiple senior care advocates (SCAs) to support your requirements (sometimes behind the scenes) for research, community reference checks, price comparisons, budget evaluation, community tours. This is not a "1-man shop"!
- Unique access to proprietary data on various senior living communities. Access to 100 years of combined home care and senior care experience. The only company with clinical experience!
- Subjective opinions about the quality of care, outcomes, pricing, executive leadership, mid-level staffing, within various senior communities.
